Depends on what you mean by "use."
Creating forms requires an API call or the MCP tools. That is a developer task. There is no drag-and-drop editor. If your team needs to create forms themselves, Sutrena is probably not the right tool. Look at Typeform or Tally.
But viewing submissions? Anyone can do that. The hosted form page and submission data are accessible via shared URLs and the portal.
CSV export is one click in the portal. Non-technical team members can export data and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
The workflow that works best: a developer sets up the forms once. The rest of the team uses the exports and hosted form URLs. The developer only comes back when something needs to change.
If you are using AI agents, it gets even simpler. The agent creates the form, the team member shares the hosted URL, submissions flow in. The developer just provides the initial setup.
