Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Sutrena offers a free trial that requires no credit card and no signup. The trial gives you access to create up to 10 projects (forms, pages, and dashboards) and receive 500 submissions per form. No charges are incurred during the trial — there is nothing to refund.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Builder at $9/month, Pro at $29/month, Scale at $79/month) are billed monthly through Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to all features until the period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, then permanently deleted

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Within 7 days of first payment — full refund, no questions asked
  • Service outage — if the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period
  • Duplicate charges — if you are charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date of the charge

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
