By accessing or using Sutrena ("the Service"), operated by Asish Panda Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Sutrena provides a web runtime for AI agents. The Service allows users and AI agents to create forms, deploy pages, collect submissions, and build live dashboards via REST API and MCP tools.
You may access the Service through a trial API key (no account required) or a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
Unclaimed trial keys expire after 24 hours. You must not share, publish, or embed API keys in client-side code. We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate these terms or are used abusively.

Plans described as "unlimited" (including unlimited submissions, forms, dashboards, and webhooks) are subject to this Fair Use Policy. "Unlimited" means we do not impose a hard per-unit cap — it does not mean infinite or unrestricted usage.
Fair use means usage consistent with typical single-user or single-organization patterns. We reserve the right to define and apply reasonable operational limits to protect service quality for all users, including but not limited to:
If your usage significantly exceeds typical patterns, we will contact you before taking any action. We may offer a custom enterprise plan to accommodate your needs. We will not suspend or restrict your account without prior notice except in cases of abuse that threaten service stability.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. Prices are listed on our pricing page. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell your data or submission data to third parties.
The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Asish Panda Labs and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data and content you create using the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes for a reasonable period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asish Panda Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
