Each form is independent. Its own fields, its own submissions, its own webhooks. Think of forms as separate data buckets.
10 projects on Free is enough for a personal site or small project. 100 projects on Pro is enough for most production apps. A typical SaaS might have: contact form, feedback form, bug report form, waitlist form, and a couple of internal forms. That is 6.
If you are an agency managing forms for clients, Scale removes the limit.
Forms that you delete do not count against your quota. If you created a test form during development, delete it when done. The slot opens up.
Projects are a combined limit covering forms, pages, analytics, and automations together. If you hit the limit and do not want to upgrade: consolidate. Do you really need separate forms for each variant, or can one form with a hidden variant field work?
