You cannot import Typeform submissions into Sutrena directly. Different systems, different data formats.
But you do not really need to migrate data. Here is what you do:
1. Export your Typeform responses as CSV. Keep them for your records. 2. Create equivalent forms in Sutrena via the API. Map your Typeform fields to Sutrena fields. 3. Update your website to point at the new Sutrena form — either the hosted URL, the embed snippet, or your custom frontend pointing to the new submit endpoint. 4. New submissions go to Sutrena. Old data stays in your CSV.
The hardest part is recreating complex Typeform forms. Typeform has conditional logic, branching, and multi-step flows. Sutrena does not. If your form is a simple list of fields, migration is trivial. If it has complex branching, you need to simplify or handle the logic in your frontend.
Why switch? Probably because per-response pricing is getting expensive. Sutrena starts at $0 (Free) for 10 projects with 500 submissions each. Builder is $9/month with 50 projects and 5,000 submissions. Pro is $29/month with unlimited submissions. Or because you need an API that AI agents can use.
